Recommendations

“I have worked with Jayne Roper for many years in my capacity as accounting advisor to Olympic College Foundation, where Jayne has overseen the books since 2018.  Her competency in bookkeeping, especially with Quickbooks and nonprofit accounting, has exceeded all my expectations and during her tenure, huge strides have been made in accuracy, donor fund tracking, database management, audit preparation, and Board reporting.  Consequently, I have recommended her to several other clients of mine, and she has been very successful in helping them.  I will continue to endorse Jayne Barton’s abilities to anyone requiring quality bookkeeping services; they will be lucky to have her.”

"Jayne has a wealth of experience in both nonprofit bookkeeping and donor database migration and management. Her knowledge alone makes her an incredible asset to any nonprofit, but what I most admire about her is her professional integrity and commitment to keeping faith with donors. She will go that extra mile to make sure that things are done right. I’ve worked closely with Jayne under challenging circumstances and I was always grateful to have her on my team. I know you will be, too."

"Our Financials have never been in better shape. Before Jayne took over our bookkeeping, reconciling our accounts and filing our taxes was stressful. Now we receive monthly reconciled statements, and filing our taxes has never been easier. The best part is we have saved money."

"Jayne is extraordinary. She’s very smart, detailed detail-oriented, and she has excellent critical thinking skills. Jayne is honest, discreet, and professional. I’ve seen her navigate difficult interactions with grace. She is thoughtful and collaborative and a great team member. She excels at organizing and managing budgets and is always interested in learning new ways to improve her processes."

1.  It is only appropriate that I highly recommend Mark Roper for any position that requires integrity, diligence, and dedication. Mark's primary responsibility is to assist with the Garrison Legal actions. This includes processing and reviewing paperwork required for Disciplinary Chapters and Article 15s for units stationed on Fort Drum. He plays a key role in providing legal guidance to senior non-commissioned officers, commanding officers, and command staff on the legal issues of their subordinates. He is responsible for preparing legal packets to ensure proper documentation is forwarded on pending court martial and overseeing preparations needed should a soldier be incarcerated before, during, and after trial.

2.   Mark always excels in the performance of his duties. He is highly organized, flexible, resourceful, and able to manage a great deal of information and multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. He is a team player who willingly takes on any duties assigned to him. Mark will be an excellent addition to any organization that employs him. I highly recommend Mark without reservation.

"I have worked with Mark Roper just shy of five years. I have always found Mark to be professional, courteous, conscientious, respectful, hard-working, and driven. He makes time to meet and staff cases with others, values the opinions and insights of others, keeps an open mind while trying to address complex or complicated cases, and feels comfortable sharing his own thoughts with others."
